Day 1: Arrival at Kuala Namu International Airport (Medan)

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our tour guide for transfer to the hotel in Medan.

Day 2: Tour of Medan City & Lake Toba

After breakfast the tour will start with an exploration of the city of Medan, including the following sites:

• Maimun Palace of the Sultanate of Deli
• Great Mosque of Medan or Masjid Raya Al Mashun
• Gunung Timur Temple

The tour will then take a break for lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, the tour will continue to Samosir Island in Lake Toba.

Day 3: Samosir Island

The tour begins today with a visit to Ambarita to see the stone tables and chairs made by villagers with a stop to a site that was once the execution place of the Siallagan Kings.

Then you will visit Simanindo to see a traditional Batak dance called the Tor-Tor, followed by a visit to the museum.

The tour then continues to Tomok to see the tombs of the former Sidabutar Kings. Afterwards the tour will stop at a local school and continue with a visit to a village where the people engage in traditional hand weaving.

Day 4: Transfer to Kuala Namu International Airport

After breakfast the tour will commence to Kuala Namu International Airport for transfer to next destination.
